PATIENT ADVOCACY GRANT

The ASC has had an increased emphasis on public education and awareness and understands the need to adopt early detection practices – especially for women regarding cervical cancers.  The ASC Foundation funds a Patient Advocacy Grant that is available to ASC members, patient advocacy groups and neighboring societies. The Patient Advocacy Grant ($10,000), awarded annually, is for ongoing or new advocacy projects for patients with gynecologic and other cancers, or to educate patients on the need for effective screening programs.
