Clinical History

An 81 year-old woman presented with bilateral flank pain (right > left) and unintentional weight loss of 3.6 kg over 3 month duration. She had a past medical history including tubular adenomas of the colon and hypothyroidism. A rounded lesion measuring 3 cm was detected in the wall of the lesser curvature of the stomach. EUS FNA was performed.
