Clinical History

A 72-year old male with a remote history of Hodgkin’s disease presented with left sided chest and posterior back pain. He was found to have a right hilar mass, pulmonary nodules and an adrenal mass. An endobronchial ultrasound-guided Fine-Needle Aspiration is performed on a right paratracheal lymph node.
